Message from the CEO

Medical Service Srl, founded in 1998 in Taranto, with offices in Naples and Foggia, is a leading company in pain management and regenerative medicine.
Our mission is to combine advanced technologies with personalized treatments to deliver effective and targeted solutions, improving patients’ quality of life.

Our Unique Innovation

We have introduced a revolutionary approach by combining pulsed radiofrequency and PRP (platelet-rich plasma), tailoring treatments to the specific needs of each patient.
This innovative methodology has enabled us to collaborate with leading hospitals in Central and Southern Italy, with the goal of expanding our presence in Northern Italy as well.

Research and Development at the Core of Our Strategy

Our strength lies in a constant drive for innovation and continuous investment in research.
Unlike standard procedures, our approach is based on real clinical experience, with testing and optimization carried out directly in the operating room.
This allows us to develop cutting-edge medical devices, designed in close collaboration with specialized surgeons.

A Team of Excellence Led by Prof. Eugenio Caradonna

Our scientific excellence is guaranteed by the leadership of Prof. Eugenio Caradonna, one of the world’s leading experts in regenerative medicine. An internationally renowned cardiac surgeon and member of the American Board of Regenerative Medicine, Prof. Caradonna leads our Scientific Board with a visionary and innovative approach.
Thanks to his experience and to collaborations with Italian centers of excellence, such as the Center for Nanophotonics and Optoelectronics for Health (CNOS) in Benevento, we actively contribute to the development of personalized treatments and advanced clinical protocols, accelerating scientific progress in the field.

Applications of Regenerative Therapy

Our solutions are applied in the treatment of several conditions, including:

  • Osteoarticular disorders: knee osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, epicondylitis

  • Pain-related conditions: low back pain syndrome, facet joint disorders, disc protrusions

  • Chronic wounds: venous ulcers, diabetic foot (with PRP treatments)

The Future of Medical Service

With over thirty years of experience in daily clinical practice and a patient satisfaction rate above 70%, we aim to achieve 20–30% growth in the coming years, while continuing to improve both the effectiveness and the human-centered approach of our care.
